Meet this lovely girl, who’s name sounds like a novel. Zulma Rouge, a film director by heart. A person who I will call a genuine bohémian (- a person who lives from art). Living in Paris, in an adorable apartment decorated with small objects. All of them have their own story and are much loved. When she showed me the black and white wedding photo of her parents, I understood: she is raised by free spirits. Zulma is very creative in her work as a film director, but also in small decoration in the house. Paintings made by her, dried flowers and collecting crazy objects I’ve never seen before. She is a true artist and inspired me with her way of living.

Sunlight journey by Piaget
Piaget presented it’s new collection ‘Sunlight Journey‘ in their boutique at rue de Paix in Paris. The creations bloom in dazzling colours. Sunlight journey is an escapade punctuated by the path of the sun and the moods it creates, alternating between gentle meanderings, joyful effervescence and dazzling radiance. The collection is echoing the art of living. My favorite stones are the sapphire (like the ring of Princes Diana) and a Ruby. Thank you Piaget for this tour and the absolutely beautiful book about this collection.
Rêves d’Amazonie
Paris Couture Week is there. Sakina presented her first Haute Couture bag collection this week and I was lucky to her assistant and PR manager for the last 6 months. We have worked very hard to make this presentation a succes. The theme of this collection is Amazonian dreams. You can read here more about the presentation and collection. I’ve been also lucky that I’ve seen all her presentation till now since she started. You can see more about her previous collections here: Bridal, Pink dresses, Red dresses and her defilé in Beirut, Lebanon.

Tasneem
From now on, I’ll make blogposts about woman who inspire me. This decision was made quickly after I made a photo of Tasneem. I adore woman who are elegant, strong and inspiring. So does Tasneem, and her natural beauty finally meets my lens today. Capturing beauty is what I like to do. But I also want to explain more about the woman in the photo.
We met in the atelier of Sakina Paris. Tasneem is from Mombai, India and moved to Paris for her master as an embroiderer. She knows the luxury codes and is passionated for embroidery a lot. She is very organized, professional but above all, she has a very sweet and kind heart. She is a person which makes you calm, and I absolutely like to work with her every day.
Parc de Sceaux
Paris hides some great blossom trees. I love to see how the wind is blowing away the little pink leaves of the flowers. The trees fits perfectly the Parisian architecture like Square Gabriel Pierné. But discovering Parc de Sceaux, is a dream of blossom tree lovers. A garden full of pink trees; so you can already guess that especially many girls are visiting this magical garden to take some nice photos. I love the parc as much as I love the little village which I had to pass by from the train station to the parc. I imagined myself living there, in that quiet, lovely neighborhood with streets smelling like flowers.
