Sakina Paris – Une Forêt d’Automne

Last monday, January 23d 2017, during Paris Fashion Week, Sakina presented her new couture collection at the royale suite of the Westin hotel in Paris. This time Une Forêt d’Automne, what ‘An Autumn Forest‘ means was presented by a collection of 8 models. The masterpiece, in the middle, is a dress made out of 7000 pieces of leather, all cut by hand. That’s what I love about couture: every dress has been made by craftsmanship, patients and a big sense of passion.

Winter in ‘s-Hertogenbosch 2016

In this cold winter Sunday, I went out with my younger sister to have day together. We went to the live perfomances at the Parade, had a drink and listened to live jazzy music at the LP store where our cousin is working. After that we walked into the church and listen to several Christmas songs of the choir which was really amazing, and it really felt like Christmas! Afterwards, we went to the event of the final of the Jeroen Bosch year. With fireworks and live music. – We went home to cook ourself a dinner, and warmed a bit up and were satisfied with this lovely day.

Kappa Resort in Greece

This year again, I’m lucky to travel with my family to Greece. My parents love to book by Eliza was here, a travelagency who is looking for ‘secret’ and ‘special’ places. ”Where everybody goes right, Eliza goes left” is their quote. So this year we went to Chaldikidi, Paliouri; Kappa resort. The photos are from the restaurantand our residence. I totally adore Greece. Friendly people and beautiful nature (blue sea) and the white houses with flowers. ♥
